摘要
某液氧容器排放管路采用波纹补偿器补偿操作状态下容器的收缩变形。但是,在使用过程中发生了波纹补偿器拉伸变形失效,螺母脱落现象。通过分析补偿器失效的原因,提出了改进措施,满足了工程应用。
The shrinkage deformation of discharge pipeline on fiquid oxygen vessel was compensated to use bellows compensator in operation state. However, tensile deformation failure of the bellows compensator occurred in using, and the muffs fell off. By analyzing the failure rea- sons of compensator, it put forward the improvement measures to satisfy the engineering application.
