摘要
介绍了一种应用数码相机快速采集图象和计算机的数字图象处理技术实现焊后收缩变形测量的新方法。给出了非接触测量的模型 ,应用该模型 ,可以实现焊接收缩变形的自动化测量。在对某大型水电站焊接收缩变形测量中 ,该方法得到了很好的应用。
By use of digital camera to collect picture quickly and technology of computer to deal with picture, a new measurement method for residual contraction distortion after welding is introduced in this article. The model for non-contact measurement is given, which can accomplish the automatic measurement for contraction distortion in welding. During the measurement of welding contraction distortion for stator in a large hydropower station, the method is used well. And this method can also promote the work efficiency.
