摘要
应用法学研究作为政法高职院校的主要任务之一,在促进教学,培养人才,繁荣科学研究,服务地方经济社会发展方面发挥了重要作用,但由于政法高职院校自身发展因素的制约,其应用法学研究能力和水平相对较弱,普遍存在重视不够等现象和问题。政法高职院校应用法学研究要做好科学定位,应重点进行应用法学职业教育教学研究和应用法学社会服务项目或课题研究,不断增强应用法学研究意识、提升研究实力和服务社会能力。
Research on law application should be one of the main tasks for higher vocational colleges of political science and law. It has played an important role in promoting teaching, cultivating talents, improving scientifi c research and serving local economic and social development. But restricted by their own development factors, the level of law application research in higher vocational colleges of political science and law is relatively low. Most colleges do not put enough emphasis on the research. Higher vocational colleges of political science and law should focus on teaching and researching law application and doing relevant social services, thus strengthen their research on law application and improve their ability to serve society.
