摘要
本文描述了广东省高职院校科研工作的现状:开展科研工作的高职院校数量少,投入的科研和教学人员数量不足,拥有的科研经费总量少,已开展科研工作的高职院校间科研实力差距较大。分析了存在的问题:建校时间短,建设任务重;科研能力弱,技术开发基础薄;教学任务繁重,科研意识不强;重视建设实训室,轻视建立公共技术平台和科技实验场所;课题档次低,成果类型少、质量差;科研管理不力,科研方向不明确。提出了今后的发展对策:争取政府支持,培育技术创新基础;强化科研意识,营造技术创新的良好环境;建立制度规范,激励与约束并重;确立发展特色,有选择地追求卓越;建立专职科研管理机构,形成畅通的沟通管道和严密的管理机制。
The present paper lists the problems in research work in higher vocational colleges covering issues such as understaffed and underfunded research sectors, gaps in lab equipment among higher vocational colleges, focus on infrastructure construction for newly-set colleges in disregard of research, a heavy workload of teaching and weak awareness of research, priority on training labs over labs for research, poor management and guidance for research work. Besides, proposals are offered including gaining support from government, development of a strong sense of research, building a sound environment for research, standardization of rules and regulations with equal emphasis on incentives and restraints, establishment of research management agencies and a channel of communication and management mechanism.
