摘要
科研创新能力是体现高校综合办学实力的核心指标。调研发现,现有评价指标主要关注科研创新团队的科研产出,而对科研创新团队的成长与培育重视不足。所以,在设计科研团队创新能力评价体系时,应重视科研创新团队的群体潜能。这样,有利于激发团队的创新动机、提高创新效率。
Science and technology innovation capability is a key index of universities.Based on the survey,the evaluation index currently pays more focus on the outputs of scientific research teams,however,pays less attention to the growth and nurture of scientific research teams.We shall pay attention to group potency of scientific research teams while designing the evaluation system of scientific research teams.It will arouse the motive of scientific research teams＇ innovation and improve the efficiency of innovation.
