摘要
从文献计量学的视角,从团队的产出规模、产出效率、文献成果的影响力三个方面反映科研团队不同的创新能力要素,这种评价方法适用于对以文献形式体现的创新能力进行评价,或是对科研团队表现为文献结果的那部分创新能力进行评价。为达到评价的客观公正,也需要考虑科研团队类型及所处生命周期对评价结果的影响。
Bibliometrics - based innovation capability evaluation of S＆T team can be measured from three aspects： the scale, efficiency and influence of S＆T team＇ s literature output. Each aspect shows corresponding innovation capability element. This evaluation method is applicable to evaluate the innovation capability which is embodied in the form of literature. When applying bibliometrics methods to evaluate the innovation capability of S＆T team and fairness must be taken into consideration, the type and life cycle of the S＆T team also have influence on the results of the evaluation.
