摘要
目的:了解我院常用滴眼剂说明书对防腐剂的标注情况,观察标注防腐剂的种类、名称、含量及注意事项等问题,为改进和完善滴眼剂说明书,促进合理安全使用提供参考。方法:收集我院43种多剂量包装滴眼剂的说明书,分析说明书中防腐剂的标注信息,对相关内容进行总结。结果:43种滴眼剂说明书对防腐剂的标注率为58.14%,且多为进口药品;防腐剂品种以苯扎氯铵为主,占使用防腐剂药品的66.67%;含量标注率占25.58%。结论:滴眼剂中防腐剂标注不统一,建议对所有滴眼剂品种所含防腐剂品种、含量及注意事项等进行规范标注。
Objective： To investigate the labeling of preservatives on package inserts of eye drops for sale in our hospital and observe the category, name, content and cautions of preservatives, in order to provide reference for improving and perfecting package inserts of eye drops, and promote safe medication. Methods： The 43 multi-dose packaging specifications of eye drops were collected in our hospital and the labeling information of preservatives on package inserts was analyzed and the related contents were summarized. Results： The labeling rate of preservatives on package inserts of eye drops was 58.14%, and most drops with preservatives labeled were imported drugs. Benzalkonium chloride was most used as the preservative, accounting for 66.67% of the total preservatives. The labeling rate of content was 25.58%. Conclusion： There are no unified specifications for the labeling of preservatives on package inserts of eye drops, it is recommended to label category, content, cautions of preservatives in all varieties of eye drops.
