摘要
目的:分析服用膏方不良反应的发生情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对本院"膏方节"活动中服用膏方后产生不良反应的病例进行了分析。结果:膏方引起的不良反应呈现出多样化,其中以上火最常见。其次为胃胀、皮肤瘙痒的反应,主要原因是由于药物组方不当、过敏反应等原因所致。结论:膏方用药组方不当可引起许多不良反应,须进行辨证施治,一人一方。
Objective： To analyze the commonly-seen adverse reactions caused by taking plaster,and provide reference for clinical use of medicine.Methods： All the patients with adverse reactions after taking plaster in the hospital＇s＂Plaster Festival＂were analyzed.Results： Adverse reactions caused by plaster showed variety： Suffering from excessive internal fire was commonly seen,followed by gastric distention and skin itching largely due to improper drug prescriptions,allergies and other reasons.Conclusion：Improper drug prescriptions can lead to a lot of adverse reactions,so treatment based on syndrome differentiation is necessary for each patient.
