Se对Ti-10Mo-6Zr合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 采用WS-4型非自耗真空电弧炉熔炼制备了Ti-10Mo-6Zr-x Se(x=0,2,3,4wt%)合金系,并利用X射线衍射、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱等手段研究了元素Se对其组织、物相和力学性能的影响。结果表明:该系列合金在加入元素Se后的晶粒显著细化,并且随Se含量增加,合金的晶粒尺寸呈减小趋势,由200μm左右减小到约20μm;元素Se加入后形成第二相,第二相以Zr-Se富集相的形式分布于晶界;在4%含量的Se加入后,Ti-10Mo-6Zr合金的室温抗压强度从1380MPa提高到1590MPa,屈服强度从1042MPa提高到1424MPa,同时压缩变形由12.1%降低至10.1%,降低幅度不大。 A series of Ti-10Mo-6Zr(mass fraction/%) alloys with different Se content(0,2,3,4wt%) were melted in WS-4non-consumable arc melting furnace.The effects of Se on the phase,microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated by XRD,OM,SEM,EDS and so on.The results reveal that the grains of the alloys are refined significantly after the addition of Se.The grain size decreases from the order of 200 μm to average 20 μm.New second phase is found at the grain boundaries,and the phase is considered to be Zr-Se-rich phase.Furthermore,the ultimate compress stress of Ti-10Mo-6Zr alloy increases from 1380 MPa to 1590 MPa.The yield stress increases from 1042 MPa to 1424 MPa.But the amount of deformation decreases from 12.1% to 10.1%,when the content of Se is 4%.
