摘要
研究了β-Ti13Nb13Zr合金的热处理工艺过程和不同热处理时的组织。利用光学显微镜和X射线衍射等手段分析了热处理工艺对合金组织的影响规律。结果显示,合金铸态和固溶处理的组织为β相,均匀化和固溶+时效处理后组织为β相、α相和ω相,改变时效温度和时效时间可以有效地控制不同相的含量。
The heat treatment processes and their effects on the microstructures of β-Ti13Nb13Zr alloy were researched with optical microscopy and XRD. The results show that the microstructure of the β-Ti13Nb13Zr alloy is β-phase in cast or in solution state,while it is β-phase, α-phase and ω-phase after homogenized or solution + aging treatment. The content of different phases can be effectively controlled by changing the aging temperature and time.
