A New Thought to Reform Fundamental-Course Teaching in Higher Education of Engineering by Learning from French Model of Engineering Education

摘要 我国由工程教育大国向工程教育强国的迈进急需高等工科教育的改革与创新。上海交大—巴黎高科学院借鉴法国工程师精英教育体系与教育模式,创立了独特的工程人才培养模式、课程体系与教学方法。本文以该学院基础教育阶段的课程设置和教学方法为例,阐述这种创新性的基础课程教学模式在合格工程人才培养中的独特性和可行性,为我国高等工科教育基础课程教学的课程设置与教学方法提供新的改革思路。 Reform and innovation are badly needed for China to move forward from a big country to a power- ful country in higher education of engineering. SJTU-ParisTech Elite Institute of Technology (SPEIT) employed a brand-new education model, curriculum systems and teaching methods by learn- ing from French engineering education system. Based on the introduction of curriculum and teaching methods of SPEIT, this paper explained its advantages and feasibility in order to provide a new thought for reforming domestic fundamental-course teaching in engineering.
