摘要
分析了APM线车辆胎压监测系统的部件组成、工作原理和性能,主要通过研究TPMS接收器、胎压传感器和数据传输天线的性能,阐述压力源信号与电信号的监测、转换和传输过程。通过对轮胎压力信号至车载ATC系统检测电信号中各环节的剖析,在4年运营维护经验的基础上,总结出该系统存在的胎压过低或胎压下降过快、检测故障两类主要故障类型,提出了轮胎压力范围、胎压传感器电量可继续使用的剩余值及TPMS软件维修周期等标准,最后结合轮胎维护、自制数据传输天线的故障排查及TPMS软件维护使用确定了该系统检修维护措施。上述措施的实施大大降低了广州地铁APM线该系统的故障率,对其他类似系统的维检也能起到推广作用。
The paper analyzed structure, principle, function of Tire pressure monitor system, mainly through the study of the TPMS receiver, the tire pressure sensor and data transmission antenna, expounds the monitoring, conversion and transmission process of pressure signals and electrical signals.Through the analysis of every link of signals, with 4 years of maintenance experience, two kinds of main fault types which is the tire pressure too low or drops too fast has come into being, also the standard of tire pressure range, the tire pressure sensor, the TPMS software repair cycle and the system maintenance measures has been proposed.According to these measures, the maintainance which can reduce fault rate has been taken, to other similar system maintenance can also play a role in promoting.
