摘要
使用C8051F5系列单片机作为控制MCU,采用无线供电技术设计了一种无电池式胎压监测系统,系统主要包括无线供电单元、传感器监测单元以及主控单元3部分。无线供电单元给传感器监测单元无线供电,监测单元负责采集各轮胎的压力信息并将监测结果无线发送给主控单元,主控单元对接收的信息进行处理并判断轮胎的工作状态是否异常,进而做出相应的显示或报警。试验表明:该设计可以使胎压监测系统无电池化,消除现有系统中由于使用电池而存在的安全隐患。
A battery-less tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) using wireless power technology was designed based on C8051 F5 series MCU. It mainly includes three units of wireless power supply unit, sensor monitoring unit and main control unit. The wireless power supply unit is used to power the sensor monitoring unit wirelessly. The monitoring unit is used to acquire pres- sure information of each tire and transmit the monitoring results to the main control unit. And the main control unit is used to process the received information ,judge the tire' s working condition, and control the system to display or alarm. According to the ex- perimental results, this design can achieve a battery-less TPMS thus eliminate the hidden safety failure risk which exists in the bat- tery-powered TPMS.
