摘要 针对风电场接入系统的盲目性,考虑风电场并网的稳定分析、暂态分析、电能质量、短路电流水平、经济性以及接入电压等因素,构建了完整的风电场并网决策指标体系。以不损失原始数据差异性为前提,利用改进的主成分分析法提取决策指标体系内的主成分进行方案的综合决策。通过对某具体风电场接入系统方案进行综合决策,结果合理、可信,真实表明了不同方案的优缺点,避免了方案选择的主观性。 In the light of the blindness of wind farms access systems, considering the stability analysis, transient analysis, power quality, short-circuit current level, the economy, access to the voltage and other factors, a complete index system of wind farm is built. Without losing the differences of original data,the improved principal component analysis (PCA) method is used to extract the main ingredient in the decision-making index system of integrated decision-making programs. A specific wind farm system integrated decision-making solutions is made, the decision results are rational and credible, and different schemes can truly indicate the advantages and disadvantages with the avoidance of scheme selection subjectivity.
