摘要
目的:探讨NO、iNOS在卵巢癌组织中的表达及iNOS与卵巢癌生物学行为的关系,并分析ID1、iNOS在卵巢癌中表达的相关性。方法:采用硝酸还原酶法检测正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤、卵巢癌组织中NO浓度;采用免疫组化SP法检测三种组织中iNOS蛋白表达,并对iNOS表达与卵巢癌临床病理参数进行相关性分析;采用SP免疫组化检测卵巢癌组织中ID1表达,并对ID1、iNOS两指标表达进行相关性分析。结果:卵巢癌组织中NO浓度明显高于正常卵巢组织,差异具有统计学意义。iNOS在卵巢癌组中表达高于良性卵巢肿瘤组及正常卵巢组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。iNOS表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级明显相关。卵巢癌组织中iNOS与ID1表达之间存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:iNOS和NO过度表达参与了卵巢癌的发生发展过程,并且iNOS与淋巴结转移、TNM分期和病理分级有关;卵巢癌中iNOS和ID1的表达具有正相关性。
Objective: To study the expression and relation of NO and iNOS in ovarian cancer, and the relationship of iNOS with the biological behaviors of ovarian cancer and the expression correlation of ID1 to iNOS. Methods:The method of nitrifying ferment was tested for the concentration of NO in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor and ovarian cancer tissue. The expression of iNOS and ID1 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP method). Results:The concentration of NO was significantly higher in ovarian cancer than that in normal ovarian tis- sue( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of iNOS was significantly higher in ovarian cancer than that in normal ovarian tissue and benign ovarian tumor( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of iNOS protein had significant relation with lymph node metas- tasis,TNM stage and pathological grading. The expression of iNOS was closely correlated with ID1 (P 〈0.05 ). Con- clusion : The overexpression of iNOS and NO participates in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and iNOS is associated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and pathological grading of ovarian cancer. The expression of iNOS is correla- ted with IDI in the cancer.
