丁桂活络贴剂与丁桂活络膏体外透皮行为的比较 被引量:4

Comparison of transdermal penetration behaviors in vitro of Dinggui Huoluo patch and its rubber paste

摘要 目的:对丁桂活络膏及其改良剂型丁桂活络贴剂的体外透皮行为进行比较。方法:选用Strat-M膜及改进的Franz扩散池进行体外透皮试验,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中君药羌活的有效成分羌活醇含量,比较贴剂与橡胶膏剂两种剂型的透皮吸收特性。结果:丁桂贴剂的透皮回归方程为Ln=18.06ln(t)-5.805,r=0.981;丁桂活络膏的透皮回归方程为Ln=8.124ln(t)-3.030,r=0.971。贴剂的透皮率比橡胶膏剂高,透皮量也大。结论:丁桂活络贴剂的透皮特性明显优于其橡胶膏剂,且过敏率低,贴敷更方便。 OBJECTIVE To compare the transdermal penetration behaviors in vitro of Dinggui Huoluo patch and its rubber paste.METHODS Strat-M membrane and advanced Franz diffusion cell were used in the transdermal penetration behaviors research in vitro.The content of notopterol,the effective component of the key herb Notopterygium of the preparation was quantitatively determined by HPLC method to compare the characteristcs of transdermal penetration of the two forms.RESULTSThe penetration formula of Dinggui Huoluo patch was Ln=18.06ln(t)-5.805,r=0.981.The penetration formula of its rubber paste was Ln=8.124ln(t)-3.030,r=0.971.The rate and quantity of transdermal penetration of Dinggui Huoluo patch were both better.CONCLUSION The transdermal penetration behaviors of Dinggui Huoluo patch is obviously better than its rubber paste and the patch is less sensitized and more convenient.
