摘要
文章分析了博士研究生招考改革的动因,介绍了近年来国内外申请-考核制的理论研究成果及实践探索。认为从理论和国外大学的实践经验而言,采用申请-考核制招考博士研究生比传统的入学考试制更有利于拔尖创新人才的选拔,同时提出建立健全博导招生权力的监督机制势在必行。
The issue analysis the motivations of the doctoral enrollment reform, and introduce the theoretical research and practical exploration on doctoral application-assessment system in recent years. In terms of theories and practical experiences from overseas, using application mode for admission to doctoral students is more conducive to the selection of top-notch innovation students than the traditional examination system, meanwhile it is imperative to establish and improve the oversight mechanism for Ph D supervisor powers.
