摘要
为了分析冷凝式汽轮机的气动性能,改进优化排气部件,提高整机效率,对排气缸出口的总压气动参数进行测试具有重要意义。针对某型汽轮机排气总压的测试需求,结合功能性与可靠性,专门设计了一种适合水蒸气测量的总压探针。研究了探针测试安装的密封形式以及被测介质的冷却方法等设计关键,对主体结构强度进行了详细分析。最后,利用亚音速风洞对整支探针进行了分段连续地气动校准,校准结果表明探针精度满足测试使用,为某型汽轮机的排气总压测试提供了工程急需的技术手段。
In order to analyze the aerodynamic performance of condensing type of steam turbine, improving and optimizing the exhaust part, thus enhancing overall efficiency are significant for testing aerodynamic parameters of total pressure at exhaust outlet. In accordance with the test requirement of total pressure of exhaust, and combining with functionality and reliability, the probe suitable for steam measurement is specifically designed. The key of design, e.g. , the seal form of the probe test and installation and the cooling method of the measured media are researched, and the main structural strength is analyzed in detail. Finally, by adopting subsonic wind tunnel, aerodynamic calibration of the entire probe is conducted piecewise and continuously. The calibration result demonstrates that the accuracy of the probe meets test use; it provides technical measure for engineering emergency needs in total pressure of exhaust of certain type of steam turbine.
