摘要
在社会转型大背景下,对高职院校实践教学能力提出新要求的分析,对较长时间内高职院校实施"工学结合"人才培养教学中取得的成果和存在的不足进行总结分析,提出了科学安排"工与学"课程设置,"以工促学""以学解疑"发展方向,提出了有效培养模式和考评方案。
In this paper, through the background of the social transformation of the new requirement to enhance the teaching ability in higher vocational college practice, and the implementation of "for a long time in Higher Vocational Colleges combination" training teaching achievements and shortcomings were summarized based on the analysis, proposed the scientific arrangement of "work" and learning" curriculum set, "industry" to learn "solve" the direction of development, put forward the effective solution to solve the work without learning, the training mode of work study combination is not perfect and the evaluation is not scientific problems, clarified the importance of "under the new situation of the application of the development of higher education combining learning with working".
