摘要
高职教育注重学生职业技能和职业素质的培养，创新工学结合的人才培养模式是高职教育的核心。本文介绍的是我校通信技术专业作为国家级示范重点建设专业，为了突出人才培养的专业特色和技能优势，增强毕业生在通信行业和人才市场上的就业竞争力，探索创新出“五步还原”全程职业模拟工学结合的人才培养模式。
Higher vocational education pays attention to the cultivation of students＇ professional skills and professional quality, innovation of work-integrated learning personnel training mode is the core of higher vocational education in our school are introduced in this paper communication technology specialty as a key national demonstration construction, in order to highlight the characteristics of talent training of professional skills and advantages, enhance graduates in employment in the communications industry and the talent market competitiveness, explore innovation out of ＂five steps of scenario reduction＂ the entire professional simulation of work-integrated learning personnel training mode.
