摘要
考察了标准条件下,养护时间对单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率的影响。结果表明,在标准条件下,RTV-1硅橡胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率养护3天后即接近养护7天后的性能。因此,在标准条件下养护3天可作为非型式检验时快速测定RTV-1硅橡胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率的检测方法。
Under the standard conditions, the maintenance time on tensile strength and tensile elongation of one-component room temperature vulcanized （ RTV-1 ） silicone rubber was investigated.Results show that under standard conditions, the tensile strength and tensile elongation of RTV-1 silicone rubber is almost the same, maintenance for 3 days is close to that for 7 days.Therefore, under the standard conditions, curing for 3 days can be used as the test methods for rapid determination of tensile strength, tensile elongation of RTV-1 silicone rubber .
