混合煤制油对共轨柴油机性能及排放影响的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 在一台重型六缸柴油机改造成的单缸机上,研究了由煤直接液化柴油(DDCL)和间接液化煤制油(F-T柴油)按体积比3∶1配成的混合煤制油(D-F)的燃烧特性、经济性和排放特性,并与欧-Ⅳ柴油(DF)进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在1600r/min下,与欧-Ⅳ柴油相比,在低负荷时混合煤制油预混燃烧放热量少,随着负荷增加,两者放热率曲线差别减小;混合煤制油循环变动小于欧-Ⅳ柴油,指示热效率比欧-Ⅳ柴油略高;混合煤制油的常规排放优于欧-Ⅳ柴油,在低负荷时HC、CO和NOx排放降低较显著,高负荷时碳烟排放显著降低。 Combustion, economy and emission characteristics of a single cylinder engine modeled on a heavy duty six-cylinder diesel engine fueled with mixed fuel made up by Synthetic diesel from direct coal liquefaction and Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) diesel on volumetric ratio of 3 : 1 were investigated and compared with Euro IV diesel. Results show under the same engine speed, heat release rate inthe premixed combustion mode lowered at low load and different of heat release rate curve between the two diesels decreased with load increase. Cyclic variation of the blended fuel is less than the Euro IV diesel and indicated thermal efficiency of the former is slightly higher than the latter. Emissions of the blend fuel are better than the Euro IV, and CO, HC and NOx emissions reduce obviously at low load, while in high load condition soot emission lessens remarkably.
