关于女性下生殖道HPV相关鳞状上皮病变术语的解读 被引量:2

摘要 美国病理学会(CAP)和美国阴道镜与宫颈病理学会(ASCCP)发布了肛门下生殖道鳞状上皮病变术语(LAST),建议使用二级分类命名法,提出"表浅浸润鳞状细胞癌"的概念,推荐使用生物标记物p16染色进行辅助诊断。本文对女性下生殖道HPV相关鳞状上皮病变的新术语进行了简要解读。
