摘要
综合运用文献分析、访谈、开放式问卷调查等研究方法初步编制中学教师工作投入问卷。对424名中学教师的调查数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果表明,中学教师工作投入问卷由工作奉献、工作活力和工作专注三个因素构成。中学教师工作投入三维模型与调查数据拟合度较高,所编制的问卷具有较高的信度、效度,达到心理测量学要求,可作为测量我国中学教师工作投入的工具。
The aim of this research is to develop the middle schools' teachers work engagement questionnaire. The structure and items were obtained on the basis of literature review,interview and open questionnaire investigation . According to the results of Explore Factor Analysis and Confirm Factory Analysis from the middle schools'teachers' survey data ( N = 424 ) ,the results of analysis show that:middle schools' teachers work engagement questionnaire consisted of three factors including work dedication,work vigor and work absorption. Three-dimensional model of middle schools' teachers work engagement fit well with the survey data. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires meet the standards of psychological meterage and can be used as a tool for work engagement of teachers in China's middle schools.
