摘要
调查研究揭示,D校高职专业大学生适应能力较强、指导教师指导比较得力,学生专业知识、专业技能、动手能力在实习过程中均有一定提高,学生收获较大,对顶岗实习总体满意度较高。同时,顶岗实习期间意外保险购买、实习任务书的宣讲以及实习周期设计、生师沟通渠道、学生心理压力排解等方面存在一定欠缺,需进一步加强。
The investigation revealed that the 2011 higher vocational students＇ job adaptation is strong, the instructors＇ guidance is ef- fective, the students＇ satisfaction of the internship is high in D Vocational College. The students＇ professional knowledge, skill and operational ability have improved in the course of the internship relatively. However, the purchasing of accident insurance, the preaching of internships task, the design of internship cycle, the communication between students and instructors, and the mediating of students＇ psychological pressure need to further improve during the internship.
