滑板再生料在连铸用Al_2O_3-C材料中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以板刚玉、滑板再生料、煅烧α-Al2O3粉、天然鳞片石墨为原料,研究了滑板再生料加入量对连铸用Al2O3-C材料性能的影响。结果表明,经过处理的用后滑板再生料由真颗粒、半颗粒、假颗粒等三种颗粒组成,质量比约为5∶3∶2;随着滑板再生料加入量增加,Al2O3-C材料显气孔率逐渐升高,体积密度逐渐降低,其中加入量超过15%时变化显著;常温耐压强度及高温抗折强度均逐渐降低,其中加入量超过15%时降低明显;抗热震稳定性逐渐提高;采用配加滑板再生料15%的Al2O3-C材料制作了连铸用铝碳质整体塞棒,使用效果良好。 Samples of Al2O3-C materials used in continuous casting were prepared, based on the tabular corundum, recycled materials of slide gate plates, sintering a-Al2O3 powder and natural graphite as raw materials, and properties of the samples had been tested. The results showed that recycled materials of slide gate plates are composed of teal grains, semi grains and fake grains, and the weight rate of the three kinds of grains is 5: 3: 2. With the amount of recycled materials increasing, the apparent porosity rate increases and the body density decreases, which changes sharply when the amount of recycled materials is over 15wt%. The room temperature strength and the high temperature strength decreases, and especially the strength of samples decreases rapidly when the amount of recycled materials is over 15wt%. The thermal shock resistance got improved when the amount of recycled materials is increasing. The Al2O3-C mono-block stopper had been manufactured and used when the amount of recycled materials is 15wt%, and the performance is good.
