摘要
出铁场是高炉炼铁通往炼钢的重要渠道,受出铁沟尺寸、形状及环境条件等因素的影响,目前大多采用浇注成型。而对不定形耐火浇注料而言,结合剂不仅决定其施工性能和力学强度,而且影响加热烘烤过程及高温使用状态下被结合材料的界面状态、显微结构与使用性能。综述了广泛应用于出铁沟耐火浇注料的结合剂类型、基本性质及其结合机制,归纳了各类结合剂的优缺点,总结了出铁沟用不定形耐火浇注料结合剂的研究与开发,并展望了新型无水泥铁沟耐火浇注料的工业应用前景。
The cast-house is an important channel for the transition from blast furnace ironmaking to steelmaking.At present,casting is mostly used due to the influence of the size,shape and environmental conditions of the iron ditch.For monolithic refractory castables,the binding agents not only determine its workability and mechanical strength,but also affect the interface state,microstructure,and performance of the bonded materials during heating and baking processes as well as under high-temperature service condition.The types,basic properties and binding mechanism of the binding agents widely used in iron ditch castables and their relative advantages and disadvantages were generalized.The research and development of amorphous refractory castable binding agents for iron ditch were summarized.Moreover,the industrial application prospect of a new type of cement-free refractory castable is also prospected.
