摘要
目的分析研究采用无创机械通气治疗对重叠综合征患者的肺功能以及血氧功能的影响。方法选取夏邑县人民医院从2012年5月到2014年2月收治的74例重叠综合征患者，均分为两组，对照组仅采用综合治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合采用无创机械通气治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，治疗后两组患者的SaO2、SjvO2水平均有明显改善，且观察组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论无创机械通气治疗重叠综合征患者，可显著提高患者的肺功能以及血氧情况，应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the value of noninvasive ventilation on lung function and oxygen function of patients with overlap syndrome. Methods Seventy-four patients with overlap syndrome admitted in hospital from May 2012 to February 2014 were selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given comprehensive treatment merely and the observation group was conducted noninvasive ventilation besides. Results The overall results of observation group were significantly better than that of control group. The levels of SaO2 and SjvO2 were improved and that of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment can effectively enhance the lung and oxygen function of patient with overlap syndrome.
