摘要
目的分析对急性冠脉综合征并睡眠呼吸暂停患者行以无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法择取2016年1月～2017年12月我院收治的90例急性冠脉综合征并睡眠呼吸暂停患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,对照组45例患者行以鼻导管给氧治疗,研究组45例患者行以无创呼吸机治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析和比较。结果治疗后,研究组平均动脉压比对照组低,血氧饱和度比对照组高,呼吸次数和心率比对照组慢,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组PH值比对照组高,二氧化碳分压比对照组低,动脉血氧分压比对照组高,氧合指数比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组左室射血分数比对照组高,CK、CK-MB均明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对急性冠脉综合征并睡眠呼吸暂停患者行以无创呼吸机治疗效果良好,可以使患者的缺氧状态得到有效改善,临床价值显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with acute coronary syndrome and sleep apnea.Methods 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome and sleep apnea who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.45 patients in the control group were treated with nasal catheter oxygen inhalation while 45 patients in the study group were treated with noninvasive ventilator.Clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the average arterial pressure of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group,and the respiration frequency and the heart rate were slower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PH value of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group,the oxygen partial pressure of the arterial blood was higher than that of the control group and the oxygenation index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that in the control group and CK and CK-MB were both significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator in patients with acute coronary syndrome and sleep apnea has a good effect.It can effectively improve the anoxic state of patients and its clinical value is significant.Therefore,it is worth popularizing.
