黄芪及其拆分组分对脾虚水湿不化大鼠肝脏功能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Radix Astragali and Its Separated Components on the Liver Functions of Rats with Syndrome of Dampness Retention due to Spleen Deficiency

摘要 目的:探讨黄芪及其拆分组分对脾虚水湿不化大鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饮食+负重游泳复合因素诱导6周,建立脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,造模后给予黄芪各组分进行干预,检测一般状况以及肝功能指标。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组出现明显脾虚水湿不化表现和肝功能的异常,ALT、AST、ALP、CHOL和LDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05),CHE、TG和HDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,黄芪及其拆分组脾虚水湿不化一般状况评分降低(P<0.01),黄芪多糖组ALT、AST、ALP、CHOL和LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.01),TG水平显著升高(P<0.01),黄芪水煎液组ALT、和ALP水平显著降低(P<0.05),TG水平显著升高(P<0.05),黄芪黄酮组ALT、AST和LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.05),黄芪皂苷组TG水平显著升高(P<0.05),黄芪水提物组HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪及其各拆分组分可以不同程度的改善脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的肝脏功能,其中以黄芪多糖组改善最为明显。 Objective: To explore the effect of Radix Astragali and its separated components on the liver func- tions of rats with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency. Methods: Rats with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency were induced by complex factors of high fat and low protein diet, loading swimming for six weeks. Then Radix Astragali and its separated components were administered to corre- sponding groups, and ordinary situation and liver functions were tested. Results: The model control group showed significant syndromes of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency and liver function abnormalities. Compared with the blank control group, ALT, AST, ALP, CHOL and LDL - C in model control group were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), CHE, TG and HDL - C were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ). All of Radix Astragali separated components obviously improved the ordinary syndromes of rats in model control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with model control group, astragalus polysaccharide significantly reduced the levels of ALT, AST, ALP, CHOL and LDL-C (P〈0.01) and liquid of Radix Astragali significantly reduced the levels increased the TG levels ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the decoction of ALT and ALP ( P 〈 0.05 ) and increased the TG levels (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Radix Astragali flavone significantly reduced the levels of ALT , AST and LDL - C ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Radix Astragali saponin significantly increased TG level ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Radix Astragali extracted water significantly increased HDL- C level(P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Radix Astragali and its separated components can improve liver function abnormalities of rats with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency, and astragalus polysaccharide was proved to be the best among them.
