摘要
将三种乒乓球练习器和乒乓球多球教学法相结合,提出了多球与乒乓球练习器结合教学法。从教育学、训练学及心理学等角度,在综述乒乓球多球教学法和练球器现状的基础上,设计了系列实验,并配合问卷调查、数据统计和访谈等,研究和阐述了多球与乒乓球练习器结合教学法的特点、结构、操作程序、评价方法、师生的角色定位等。实验应用效果表明:实验后实验组和对照组的各项成绩,实验组均优于对照组。
This paper proposed a new method for teaching table tennis: combining many-ball method with three table tennis exercise devices. The applied effects have been analyzed and discussed. The results showed: (1) After the experiments, the times of back-hand attacking (58.40 ± 1.36), (47.60 ± 1.51) time/min; the times of positive-hand attacking (46.56 ±4.39), (36.84 ± 4.65) time/min; the times of keeping offat left and attacking at right (20.92 ± 3.12), (14.42 ± 1.16) time/min, technique assessment (83.45 ± 4.24), (75. 52 ± 6.17) grade; theory assessment (78.00 ± 5.60), (71.40 ± 4.70) grade, P〈0.01, all of them in tested group were better than those in compared group.
