多房囊性肾细胞癌MSCT表现 被引量：2

摘要 目的：探讨多房囊性肾细胞癌的MSCT表现。方法回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的多房囊性肾细胞癌的MSCT影像学特征。结果15例多房囊性肾细胞癌均为单侧单发，直径2．8～12．1 cm。 MSCT扫描病变显示为边界清楚的多房囊性病变，5例分隔纤细，内伴壁结节，中度强化；10例囊内分隔及囊壁厚薄不均，增强后呈快进快出特点。结论 MSCT能准确显示多房囊性肾细胞癌的形态学特征，对其诊断及确定手术方案有重要价值息。
