摘要
目的:探讨MRI在肾癌术前诊断及分期诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治肾癌患者40例,对其进行MRI检查,对比患者病理组织学检查结果。结果:40例肾癌患者MRI表现为肾轮廓异常,CMD消失,信号表现各不相同,皆显示不正常,诊断准确率97.5%。结论:MRI诊断可以精准地判断患者肾癌疾病的表现,不同病症患者检查结果存在差异,在术前分期判断上有很高的敏感度和准确率。
Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the preoperative diagnosis and staging of renal cell carcinoma.Methods:40 patients with renal cell carcinoma were selected.The MRI examination was performed on the patients,and we compared the pathological examination results of them.Results:40 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients with MRI showed abnormal renal profile;CMD disappeared;the signal is not the same;all showed abnormal;the diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.5%.Conclusion:MRI diagnosis can be accurate to judge the patient's renal cell carcinoma.The results of different patients with different diseases,there is a high degree of sensitivity and accuracy in preoperative staging judgment.
