摘要
教师职业倦怠作为一种心理症状,受到多种心理因素的影响,其中自我效能感和工作压力分别是正负两方面最具代表性的影响因素。目前国内研究相对于国外研究在量表、数据与研究方法方面仍存在一定不足,将来有必要从以下几个方面加以改进,一是采用一般自我效能测度以衡量个体更广泛且更稳定的性质;二是考虑自我效能感、工作压力两者互动对教师职业倦怠的影响;三是将非心理因素纳入综合考虑范围。
As a mental symptom, teacher burnout is influenced by several kinds of mental factor such as self-efficacy and job stress. Compared to foreign studies, there are still problems for domestic studies in scale, data and study methods. Future studies may take general self-efficacy as well as non-mental factors into consideration, and think over self-efficacy and job stress as the same time.
