摘要
目的：对我国的医药体制改革现状及分析策略进行探讨。方法收集2008～2014年来中国卫生总费用，卫生总费用占 GDP 百分比，人均卫生总费用以及药费占人均卫生总费用比，从经济学成本的角度分析我国医药体制改革现状，并就我国医药体制改革的现状进行分析。结果2008～2014年中国卫生总费用、卫生总费用占 GDP 百分比和人均卫生总费用持续上升，而药费占人均卫生总费用比并没有如预期的下降，而是保持在一个稳定的比例。结论我国国民用于医药方面的支出一直在增加，而药费占人均卫生总费用比并没有如预期的下降，这与我们医药体制改革的初衷是相反的。本文将阐述我国医药体制改革的现状，并针对这些现状进行分析。
Objective The present situation of the medical system reform in our country and analysis of strategy were discussed. Methods To col ect the expenses of Chinese total health from 2008 to 2014 years,the total health expenses as a percentage of GDP and per capita total health expenses and expenses for medicine accounted for the total health expenses per capita,analysis of current medical system reform in our country according to the perspective of economic cost,and analyze the current situation of the medical system reform in our country. Results From 2008 to 2014,the Chinese total health expenses,the total health expenses as a percentage of GDP and per capita total health expenses continued to rise,and medicines accounted for the total health expenses per capita had not fal en as expected,but remained in a stable proportion. Conclusion The national medicine on spending has been on the rise,and medicines accounted for the total health expenses per capita have not fal en as expected,this is the opposite of our original intention on the reform of medical system. This document wil describe the current situation of the medical system reform in our country,and in view of the current situation of the analysis.
