摘要
目的探究农村基本公共卫生服务均等化现状以及具有的问题,同时对其问题提出相应的优化措施。方法对以往进行探究,对实地进行考察以及对当前所存在的问题进行分析,从中找出解决方法。结果研究表明农村基本公共卫生服务均等化在制度建设、农民积极性以及资源等问题上具有一定的不足。结论应加大三级预防观念的宣传力度,创建相应的监督管理体系,从而完善农村基本公共卫生服务。
Objective To explore the status of equalization of rural basic public health services and existing problems,and to propose appropriate measures to optimize the problems.Methods The past situation was explored,and field investigation was performed and current existing problems was made to find out solutions.Results The study shown that equalization of rural basic public health services had certain shortcomings in issues such as institutional improvement, peasants＇enthusiasm and resources.Conclusion Three-level preventical concept should be stepped up to create the appropriate supervision and management system to improve rural basic public health services.
