摘要
目的：观察奥美拉唑三联疗法对胃溃疡患者血清炎性因子及愈合质量的影响。方法：将2013年8月～2014年9月我院收治的80例胃溃疡患者纳入研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组患者接受奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联治疗，对照组患者接受西咪替丁＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联治疗，比较两组溃疡愈合质量、炎性因子含量以及生存质量。结果：①愈合质量：观察组溃疡愈合质量明显优于对照组（97.50%vs 72.50%）；②炎性因子：观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组（31.45±4.21）vs（56.62±6.09）、（163.21±19.23）vs（284.26±31.52）、（0.243±0.04）vs（0.422±0.05）pg/ml；③生存质量：观察组物质生活维度、躯体健康维度、心理健康维度、社会功能维度评分均明显高于对照组（56.18±6.72）vs（45.24±5.19）、（63.36±7.89） vs（52.52±6.17）、（66.42±7.14）vs（51.57±6.42）、（62.78±7.92）vs（53.31±6.78）。结论：奥美拉唑三联治疗有助于促进溃疡愈合，缓解炎症反应，降低血清炎性因子含量，提高生存质量。
Objective：To study the effect of omeprazole triple therapy on healing quality and inflammatory factor of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods： 80 cases patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 September were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group. observation group patients received omeprazole＋amoxicillin ＋claricid triple therapy , control group received cimetidine＋amoxicillin＋claricid triple therapy. Then ulcer healing quality, inflammatory factors content and quality of life were compared. Results：①healing quality： observation group ulcer healing quality were better than that of control group （97.50% vs 72.50%）; ②inflammatory factor： observation group IL-6, IL-8, TNF- α levels were lower than those of control group （31.45±4.21）vs（56.62±6.09）、（163.21±19.23）vs（284.26±31.52）、（0.243±0.04）vs（0.422±0.05）pg/ml;③life quality：observation group material life dimension, physical health dimension, mental health dimension, social function dimensions scores were higher than those of control group（56.18±6.72）vs（45.24±5.19）、（63.36±7.89）vs（52.52±6.17）、（66.42±7.14）vs（51.57±6.42）、（62.78±7.92）vs（53.31± 6.78）. Conclusion： Omeprazole triple therapy is helpful to promote the healing of ulcer, alleviate inflammatory reaction, reduce the serum inflammatory factor content and improve the quality of life.
