摘要
研究了不同水胶比、粉煤灰掺量和复掺掺合料对盾构管片高性能混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,水胶比的降低,可以在一定程度上提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能;单掺粉煤灰可改善混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,随粉煤灰掺量从5%增加至35%,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性逐渐增强;矿渣粉和粉煤灰复掺可显著改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,15%粉煤灰和20%矿渣粉复掺配制出的盾构管片用混凝土达到福州市地铁工程应用的抗氯离子渗透性能设计要求以及生产工艺要求。
The influence of different water - binder ratio, fly ash content and complex mineral admixture on the resistenee to pentration of chloride ions into shield segment concrete was studied. The results obtained indicate that the resistence to pentration of chloride ions into concrete can be improved by decreasing the water - binder ratio, mixing fly ash, double mixing of fly ash and slag poeder. With the increase of fly ash content from 5% to 35% , the resistence to pentration of chloride ions into concrete can be increasd gradually. The performance of 15% fly ash and 20% slag powder mixed with concrete of shield segment, can be conform to the resistenee to pentration of chloride ions design requirements and production process requirements of Fuzhou subway engineering.
