摘要
介绍南京地铁1号线C50P10盾构管片混凝土、C20P6喷射混凝土的配制.掺20%~25%的Ⅰ级粉煤灰配制的C50P10管片混凝土具有良好的工作性能、力学性能和长期耐久性能.在地铁的非淋水带采用掺硅灰的喷射混凝土,在软土地层采用双快水泥配制喷射混凝土,可保证地铁隧道施工过程中初期支护的稳定性。
With an introduction of the producing method of CSOP10 shield tunnel segment concret and C20P6 spraying concret used in Nanjing metro line, this paper holds that C50P10 segment concret,mixed with 20%-25% Grade I fly ash,shall possesse fine working capability, mechanical capability and extended durability. The same way, the stability of initial support shall be guaranteed during metro tunnel construction, when the spraying concret mixed with fly silica is adopted in the metro area without shower, and when the spraying concret mixed with qulck-setting and rapid-hardruing cement is adopted in soft soil layers.
