摘要
欧美国家校企融合培养人才的模式，在产生背景、发展沿革及办学方式各有特点，分析了欧美国家高等学校与企业合作培养人才双赢的优势和存在的问题。
The school and enterprise cooperation modes for cultivating talents in European and American countries have their separate features in backgrounds, development and running methods. This paper analyzed the win-win advantages and problems existing in school and enterprise cooperation to cultivate talents in European and American colleges and universities.
