摘要
目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合MMC治疗翼状胬肉的安全性和临床疗效。方法选取我院翼状胬肉患者147例147眼。随机分为两组,A组:在显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术71例(71眼);B组:在显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用MMC手术76例(76眼),术后随访2年,观察患者术后复发情况。结果所有病例术后随访两年,A组复发12例,复发率为16.90%;B组复发3例。复发率为3.95%;两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用MMC可有效降低翼状胬肉术后的复发率。
Objective Observation of limbal stem cell transplantation combined with MMC treatment of pterygium .Methods Our hospital 1 4 7 cases of 1 4 7 patients with pterygium .Randomly divided into two groups , A group：the microscope downstream pterygium limbal stem cell transplant 7 1 cases （7 1 ） ,Group B ：microscope downward since 7 6 cases of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation surgery combined with MMC （76 ） were followed up for 2 years postoperative recurrence was observed .Results All patients were fol-lowed up for 2 years ,A group of 1 2 cases of recurrence ,the recurrence rate was 1 6 .9 0% ;group B ,3 cases of recurrence .Recurrence rate was 3 .95% ;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Limbal stem cell transplantation combined with MMC can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium surgery .
