应用于果汁工业中的不对称不锈钢过滤膜研究(英文) 被引量:2

Study on Asymmetry Stainless Steel Filtration Membrane Used in Juice Industry

摘要 研究了在不同操作压力下,非对称不锈钢分离膜对原果汁中可溶性固形物含量、色值、浊度等过滤效果。结果表明:过滤后果汁中不含果胶和淀粉,果汁中的可溶性固形物含量从15%降到14.3%,果汁的色值(T440)可达40%以上,透光度(T625)可达80%以上,浊度(NTU)小于1。此结果预示非对称不锈钢分离膜在果汁行业具有很大的应用潜力。 The changes of the brix, the color values, the turbidity, and the transparency of the juice during the process of filtering juice under operating pressure were discussed. Results show that compared with the relevant physical and chemical indexes of the juice before filtering, the brix of the apple juice after filtering decreases from 15% to 14.3%, transparency(T625) is more than 80%, turbidity(NTU) is smaller than 1, and the juice color values(T440) can amount to more than 40%. The above mentioned results predict that the application of the asymmetric stainless steel filtration membrane in juice industry presents a very good potential prospect.
