摘要
针对箱型梁结构舰船和普通结构舰船,综合考虑多种随机变量的影响,分别计算其在舱内爆炸载荷作用下的结构可靠性,并进行比较分析,从而对箱型梁结构提高舰船抗舱内爆炸可靠性水平进行评价。爆炸载荷作用下的结构响应采用流固耦合方法,借助MSC-Dytran软件进行计算。结构失效概率采用Monte-Carlo方法,通过最大熵法拟合程序进行计算。研究结果表明:箱型梁结构对于降低内部爆炸载荷下01甲板产生破口概率和炸点正上方区域发生塑性大变形概率的作用并不明显,但是能够明显降低01甲板产生横向和纵向大变形的概率。
The reliability of a ship structure subjected to inner explosion is important both in theory and practice. Here,the destroy probabilities of general structure ships and box girder structure ships under action of cabin inner explosion loads were calculated with multiple random variables taken into consideration.Then,the effect of box girder structure on improving structural reliability was analyzed based on comparison.Monte-Carlo Method combined with the maximum entropy method was used to compute the destroy probabilities of ship structures.Simulations of structural responses of ships subjected to cabin inner explosion were done with MSC-Dytran,taking the fluid-structure-interaction into consideration.The results indicated that the box girder structure can significantly reduce the probability of large longitudinal and lateral deformations of the 01 deck under inner explosion.
