摘要
产教融合、校企合作是提高高职教育人才培养质量的必由之路。杭州职业技术学院与区域主导产业的主流企业合作,创建"校企共同体",创新校企合作办学体制机制;校企共同主动对接产业要求,调整专业设置与专业定位;以校企共同体为平台,创新人才培养模式。通过"校企共同体"的探索与实践,提升了企业的自主创新能力和产品市场开拓能力,也提高了学校的人才培养质量和社会影响力。
It is crucial to launch production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation for improving the quality of higher vocational education talents. Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College cooperated with the mainstream of enterprises of regionally dominant industries, established the school-enterprise community and innovated the school-running mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation; and jointly met with the industrial requirements and adjusted the specialty setting and orientation; innovated the talent cultivation mode through school-enterprises community. Through the exploration and practice of community, Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College has enhanced its talent cultivation quality and social impacts; meanwhile, the cooperated enterprises have improved the independent innovation ability and the product market development ability.
