新疆特殊教育教师继续教育现状调查研究 被引量:17

An Investigation into Continued Education for Special Education Teachers in Xinjiang

摘要 本研究采用自编问卷分别对新疆维吾尔自治区13个地州市的15所特殊教育学校的320名特殊教育教师的继续教育情况进行调查和比较分析,结果发现:经过不懈地努力,新疆特殊教育教师继续教育取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但也存在着教师专业自主发展困境、专业发展迷思、校本研修主体不突出、培训质量和效益有待提高等诸多问题。文章通过对新疆当前特殊教育教师继续教育重新审视,提出了优化特殊教育教师继续教育的制度环境、搭建促进特殊教育教师专业成长的学校平台、构建基于教师需求和学习导向的参与式学习方式等对策建议。 This study, by using a self-devised questionnaire, makes an investigation into and an analysis of continued education for 320 special education teachers from 15 special education schools in 13 prefectures in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The results show the following: Through unremitting efforts, Xinjiang has made remarkable achievements in continued education for special education teachers, but there are a considerable number of problems, such as the insufficient professional development of special education teachers, the unclear school-based researchers, and the poor training quality and efficiency. This study suggests optimizing the system of continued education for special education teachers, establishing a school platform to promote special education teachers' professional development, and building a participatory learning approach based on teachers' needs and learning.
