摘要
酒精性心肌病(ACM)是由于长期大量饮酒,导致心肌细胞变性,表现为心脏扩大、心功能不全的一种心肌病,戒酒后病情可自行缓解或痊愈。酒精及其代谢产物乙醛等可直接或间接损伤心肌细胞的微细结构、干扰心肌细胞正常氧代谢,导致心肌纤维排列紊乱、心肌重构,细胞代谢异常,最终导致心肌细胞死亡。该文探讨ACM心肌细胞在病理生理条件下的代谢特点。
Alcoholic cardiomyopathy( ACM) refers to the cardiomyopathy caused by long-term heavy drinking,which results in the cell degeneration,cardiomegaly,cardiac insufficiency. Condition of the illness can be alleviated or healed after drinking is stopped. Ethanol and its metabolites,such as acetaldehyde,can directly or indirectly damage the micro-structure of myocardial cells,interfere with the normal oxidation metabolism,and lead to disordered arrangement of cardiac muscle fibers,myocardial remodeling,abnormal cell metabolism,and eventually deaths of myocardial cells. Here is to make a review of the metabolic characteristics of myocardial cells in ACM patients from the point of pathophysiology basing on literatures in recent years.
