摘要 百草枯是农业生产中广泛使用的一种除草剂,但也有较强的毒性,易致人畜中毒,目前尚无特效解毒剂。目前研究认为其中毒损伤机制主要是通过其强氧化作用,使机体内还原酶及脂质的氧化,或直接或间接损伤DNA,使细胞坏死或凋亡。 Paraquat which is used widely as a potent herbicide is poisonous, and its pathological mechanism is unclear. Studies show that it is so a strong oxidant that it can oxidate lipid and some enzyme, also, it can damage DNA directly or induce necrosis or apoptosis, which is marked in pulmonary. To offer new directions for treatment and studies on paraquat poisoning, this paper reviewed the foreign studies on mechanism of it.
