摘要
西藏大学医学院在利用开放性实验室培养复合型医学人才时出现了开放内容单一、受众层次混乱、前期辅导不足、教师素养不高、实验重视不够、开放时间过少和缺少整体规划等一系列的问题,一定程度上阻碍了开放性实验教学发展。通过分析西藏大学医学院开放性实验室教学现状,提出了相应策略,为西藏地区培养医学复合型人才相关研究提供参考依据。
Considering the fact that the opening laboratory plays a unique role in cultivating students' creativity and other aspects,the opening laboratory education lays a solid foundation for cultivating compound talents who are able to meet social demands.However,a series of problems occur,such as monotonous open contents,disordered recipients' levels,a shortage of anticipatory guidance,poor teacher qualities,inadequate emphasis on experiments,short open hours,a lack of overall planning and so on,which could hinder the development of opening laboratory teaching to some degree,when Tibet University uses the opening laboratory to cultivate compound talents.Through analyzing the present situation of experimental teaching in Medical College of Tibet University,the paper puts forward corresponding solutions and provides some references for researchers related to cultivate compound talents in medicine in Tibet.
