微波提取龙眼核中多酚及其抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:采用微波辅助萃取提取龙眼核中的多酚,并测定其抗氧化活性。方法:采用微波辅助萃取提取龙眼核中的多酚,采用Folin-Ciocalteus法测定多酚含量并计算提取率;测定多酚的总抗氧化能力、对羟自由基和DPPH自由基的体外抗氧化能力。结果:微波提取率是13.21±0.37%,龙眼核多酚的总抗氧化能力为30.03±3.72U/mg、羟自由基清除IC50和DPPH自由基清除IC50分别为0.00738±0.000172mg/mL、0.00787±0.000372mg/ml;在低浓度范围内DPPH自由基清除率优于维生素C(VC)。结论:龙眼核多酚能有效地清除羟自由基和DPPH自由基,在一定范围内清除自由基能力和浓度成线性关系,是优良的天然自由基清除剂。 Polyphenols were extracted from longan seeds by using microwave-assisted extraction.The content of polyphenols was detemined by the Folin-Ciocalteus method,and the extracted rates were calculated.The antioxidant activity of extracts were evaluated by total reducing power,superoxide anion radical and DPPH free radical scavenging activities.The extracted rate of polyphenol was 13.21±0.37 %,and IC50 of Hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radical were 0.00738±0.000172 mg/m L and 0.00787±0.000372 mg/m L respectively.Polyphenols from longan seeds were excellent natural free radical scavenger,with linear relationship between concentrations and free radical scavenging abilities.
