摘要
利用单因素水平实验法,研究了碱法提取碎米中淀粉时,碎米粉碎的程度、NaOH质量分数、浸提时间、料液比对淀粉提取率的影响。结果表明,碎米粉碎为0.150 mm^0.250 mm(60目~100目)、NaOH质量分数为0.4%、料液质量比为1∶6、浸提时间为2.5h条件下,粗淀粉的提取率可达72%,比较适合大量提取。
The extraction of starch from broken rice is studied by the single factor experiment.The optimized extraction condition are determined as follows:broken rice powder 0.150mm^0.250mm(60mesh^100mesh),mass fraction of sodium hydroxide 0.4%,material-liquid ratio 1∶6,extraction time 2.5h,the extraction yield of crude starch up to 72%.This method is suiltable for the large extraction of starch.
